I feel privileged to be able to share a space with clients and support their natural ability to move towards healing and wholeness. We forget we know what we need and let beliefs about ourselves restrict our being. We will explore your story through your words, emotions and body. I combine different methods to understand this story and find healing.

We all want the best for our children. There are numerous parenting how-to guides but it can be difficult to understand how this information applies to your child and their unique challenges. Common developmental behaviors can be challenging and also confusing to understand what your child actually needs. All parents make mistakes in meeting their children's needs as there is no such thing as perfect parenting. All parents bring into relationship with their child, their history of being parented and this can make meeting your child's needs even harder. By participating in family therapy, parents and caregivers can greater understand their children's needs and then more effectively manage behaviors while strengthening the relationship between a parent and child.
Reflective consultation is an essential component for clinicians and multidisciplinary providers working with very young children and their families. It is a tool used for professional development that acknowledges the unique developmental needs of infants and toddlers with the knowledge that all learning occurs within relationship. Reflective consultation is a scheduled, consistent time to slow down and explore the parallel process between a provider and family. It explores the emotional content of providing services to very young children and their families and the providers own emotional reactions. Through reflective consultation, providers are able to explore these elements and in turn provide more effective services to families.
